Therefore, the total quality management can be elaborated as a philosophy which seek to integrate some finance, design, engineering, marketing, as well as, production, with an aim of concentrating on meeting consumer needs and objectives of some organization. Therefore, consideration structure can be defined as a process of taking care of subordinates, explaining ideas to them, being approachable, and being concern their welfare. While initiating structure refers to a way of getting people goals and instituting and enforcing deadlines and standard operating procedures. On the other hand, total quality management sees a firm as a process of collection. This helps to establish how firms continuously improve this process through incorporating the experience and incorporations of workers. In addition, the main objective of total quality management as it states "does the right thing, at the right time, as well as at every time". The total quality management has become highly recognized as a generic management toll, as the way it is applicable in the public sector organizations. As a result, there are several evolutionary strands which comprises of different sectors establishing their own versions from common ancestors. Therefore, total quality management is the foundation for several activities which includes: the ability to meet all the customers` needs. It also reduces development cycle time, and help in commitment by senior management as well as, all employees.
