Leaders are an important organ of any organization. It is usually the role of the leader to provide the organization with direction on what needs to be done and how it should be done. Leaders also motivate employees to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Considering leaders' impact on an organization, these leaders should have the appropriate characteristics and features, such as courage and trust (Meraku, 2017). With the appropriate qualities, the leaders can create a positive organizational culture, thus creating a conducive working environment for the employees, thus enabling the company to achieve its vision more efficiently. As such, it is important to note that the culture adopted in an organization is highly dependent on the character of the leaders.
