According to the Muslims, there is no god but Allah. Further, according to the Quran, Allah is referred to as the lord of the Worlds. Unlike the biblical God, Allah has no individual name because he has 99 names. Muslims believe that these attributes are the best way of strengthening their relationship with God. Each name has a meaning. Some of these names are; Al-Malik (the king), Al-Quddus (Most Holy), Al-Muhaymin (the Guardian), and Al Khaafidh (the Abaser).
1 Al-Malik (the king)
Al-Malik is a name that is used to refer to Allah as the King of Kings. According to the Muslims, God is King who increases their desire to seek Him (Lawrence, (2015). Allah is the true owner of all the things on earth. No one has the right to be worshipped except Allah the King.
