Conflict in the modren world

Modern World Conflict Name: Institution: Date: MODERN WORLD CONFLICT In this contemporary life, I have realized that conflict has played a great part in the world’s inadequacy of peace. The book by Rioux and Redekop, “Introduction to Conflict Studies: Empirical, Theoretical and Ethical Dimensions,” has made a personal reflection through its elaborative explanation about the conflicts that is faced on local, national as well as international levels. The text has positively influenced me and caused a reflection on the knowledge that regards all the aspects of conflicts at all levels in the world. There is pure truth as stated that due to different competing interests, values, ideas, views, religions and ideologies among others in local, national and international level, conflicts tend to increase with progression of time (Rioux, Francois & Redekop, 2013).
