As a social worker I possess several strengths and weaknesses, which form part of my character as a person. Among some of the most outstanding characters, is the ability to make decision fast and accurately. I am also very aggressive and highly aware of my environment, which helps me interact with colleagues and other members of the society. Over the years, I have developed several strengths that have contributed immensely to my character.
Some of the qualities are those that my colleagues and superiors have continuously told me, are desirable and make me easy to work with and a great asset at the place of work and within the social bounds. Experience is one of my strongest points which I have developed over the years of work, other than that, I am also a great team player, who is dedicated to the course of my engagement as a social worker (University of Calgary, 2013).
