Business Ethics
The word Ethics means character, pattern of behavior of an individual or a group or self-discipline. Therefore, the accepted code of conduct or values within the society is referred as ethics. Business ethics is a natural part of any business, which it must adhere to on daily basis (Khurana & Nohria, 2008).
True professionals have codes; the codes have meanings, which are learned in formal education. When laying down the code, it is impossible to anticipate all moral situations that may be encountered the codes make the professionals to forge social contract with the society. Hence, the society trusts that professionals are competent to solve whatever problems entrusted to them.
