Social media has made great leaps in the last decade. Most of the people like the idea of using social media to communicate within their social circles. As such, social websites such as Facebook have revolutionized the way people interact.
However, Facebook cannot be used in the realms of professional communication as a tool. While it makes a great tool of communication in the social circles, it does not match the needs of a professional communication tool. One of the ways that it fails as a tool is that, it does not allow the user enough freedom to format their messages.
