• The leadership of your organization has decided to embark on the following 2 initiatives
1) Workforce Diversity Improvement
2) Implementation of Smart Technology for Customer Service Processes
• As an OB executive, you have been asked to advise the CEO and the Board of your company on the OB implications related to the above 2 initiatives
• You have advised the CEO and the Board that you will be conducting the following tasks to complete your analysis and recommendations for implementing the above 2 initiatives

Individual Final Project Requirements (Worth 15% of Your Grade)
Instruction:• Each executive will submit his/her detailed document to me on 12/3/2019 (by 6pm) by uploading the document to Blackboard.  • The document should be in Microsoft Word format.  Do not PDF.• Please copy each task into your document and then respond to each one of the questions in detail.• As part of your analysis please include a summary of the latest research and list the sources used. • Feel free to use as many pages as you need to tell me your persuasive story.• Your writing must be independent, original and unique Scenario: • The leadership of your organization has decided to embark on the following 2 initiatives1) Workforce Diversity Improvement2) Implementation of Smart Technology for Customer Service Processes

Tasks:1) The company that you have chosen for class should be used for the diagnostics of this project.  All analysis and writing should be done individually. 
2) Please specify what the company is known for in the news.
3) Please describe the company’s leadership culture.
4) Is the company a public or private company?
5) How large is the workforce of your company?
6) Please describe the diversity of your company in detail.
7) Please summarize employee feedback about their work experiences.
8) Who are the customers of your company?
9) Please summarize customer feedback about their experiences dealing with your company.
10) Conduct the following research:a. Read chapters 13 and 15 in the textbook to leverage the theories and the existing research stated in the textbook
b. Find 2 articles related to each one of the above initiatives.  It does not need to be related to your company.  In the articles, you should be looking for best practices and current trends related to each one of the above initiatives.  Please summarize your findings and list the sources.
c. Identify one other organization that has successfully implemented the above 2 initiatives and describe their success story with implications to that organization’s competitive advantage
d. Research your company and identify 1 “planned organizational change” for each one of the above initiatives. Please summarize your findings.
11) Describe how your company can leverage your research that you conducted in 10a, 10b. 10c and 10d above.  These will be your recommendations for change to the company.
12) Describe some of the challenges that your company may encounter related to employee resistance as it tackles changes that you are recommending in task 11.   
13) What factors would you suggest to the CEO and the Board to help employees cope with the stresses related to the changes that you are recommending?
14) Describe the actions that your company would want to take in order to implement a proactive and radical culture change to ensure that your recommendations from above are successfully and sustainably implemented as it relates to the above 2 initiatives
15) In your conclusion, based on your evidence-based approach (analysis above), please summarize whether it’s feasible for your company to implement the above 2 initiatives.
