The space industry is one of the currently growing industries due to the increase in digital transformation and growth. It is an industry that many individuals embrace due to advanced technologies incorporated into it. There are significant reasons that make the space industry attractive for investment. The paper opts to provide reasons why the space industry is profitable and should adequately be invested.
The main reason why we should invest in the space industry is that it is profitable. Many indicators show that the space industry is profitable such as high revenue of approximately $50 billion (Stanley, 2017). Furthermore, Stanley (2017) identifies that there are increased business ideologies in the space industry, such as satellite business and extreme growth in Space X, leading to increased profitability. With increased profitability, the investors can comfortably argue that there is a need to accumulate more resources in the industry due to the assurance of adequate income.
