Research Paper Instructions:

Hello,
I will provide the specific content of our project in the file. All you need to do is about Innovation & Technology part of our project:
Task 3-2.2 (A3/Part2): Formulate your preparation for a decision making based on a research of the Innovation & Technology Management of your study (max 2 points)
Task 3-3.2 (A3/Part 2): For each one of the functional areas apply at least two from the introduced and discussed in this course decision support tools (e.g. Decision Tree Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PESTEL Analysis, Break-Even Point Analysis, What-If-Analysis, Optimization Analysis, Risk Analysis, others). (max 2.5 points)
Suggestion: The first tool can be SWOT, for example, to get some relationship with the local sport center to sell the beer.
Thank you very much.

Preparation for Decision Making
In the 'Market Management' section of the paper, the SWOT analysis of the Allston beer consumption market revealed that through aggregation effect, an opportunity exists for Beer King to expand its market by targeting youth clients. Further, the analysis revealed that Beer King is already facing fierce competition from other craft beers within the locality. To compete effectively, therefore, Beer King requires continuous supply quality craft beer at competitive prices. With a big chunk of the target market consisting of students, there is a need for an affordable beer that will retain the unique traditional quality and taste that appeals to many locals. Further, there is a need to make Beer Brew the ideal destination for people in Allston, and this implies pocket-friendly prices on quality beer. Therefore, Beer Brew will remain relevant in the industry by the integration of innovative alternative approaches (in processing and packaging) that reduce the cost of production and, therefore, provide room for large profit margins. This plan includes two innovations that will help Beer King reduce its production costs.
The Processing Innovation (Internal H2O Purification Technology)
Purified water is the base ingredient in the commercial beverage industry (Eumann & Schildbach, 2012). As such, water can be produced on-site, or it can be bought in containers. Water purification is a costly process that compels brewers to push beer prices higher. In recent years, Internal Water Purification Technology has been in use because it is relatively cheaper compared to distillation, and therefore, it is expected that it will reduce water purification costs. Internal treatment of water involves the conditioning of impurities within the boiler system (Lenntech, 2020). The primary objectives of internal water purification technology include;
Preventing corrosion, foaming, and scaling,
Removal of hardness from water,
Conditioning of sludge,
Removal of oxygen contents in the boiler.
Internal water purification technology makes use of chemicals to purify water for use in beer processing. Dispersants such as phosphates and polyphosphates are the necessary softening chemicals to reduce hardness in water (Chipkin, 2020). Chemicals such as tannins, hydrazine, sodium sulfite, and ascorbic acid derivatives are considered oxygen scavengers because they remove oxygen from the water while soda ash and caustic acid are applied as softening chemicals. The integration of internal water purification technology in Beer King's beer production process is expected to reduce the variable cost of production by 2 cents.
The Packaging Innovation (Paper Beer Bottles)
To date, beer is packaged either in glass bottles or cans. The production or sourcing of these packaging materials is costly, yet, it remains an essential step in beer brewing. Further, the production of beer bottles and cans require significant amounts of energy and leads to environmental pollution since the two materials are not bio-de...
