How many minutes do you spend exercising each day? 2. What is your total daily caloric intake in calories? 3. What is your resting heart rate in beats per minute? 4. How many ounces of water do you drink each day? 5. What is your estimated total caloric expenditure from exercise each day? 6. What is your estimated daily intake of saturated fat in grams? If you have the equipment available, you could even take measurements of your blood pressure. Be sure to choose something that varies measurably from day to day. Task: Describe the data you are going to collect. Be sure to specify the units of measurement, and state how it will be gathered. Start collecting data today so you have can have at least 10 observations, preferably more.

Every day I drink water to quench my thirst and keep my body healthy. However, I have never taken much interest in keeping records of the amount of water I drink each day. Knowing the exact amount of water taken every day is important in analyzing once health conditions. It helps one to know if they are taking the right quantity required to keep the body healthy. Therefore, for this assignment I will be taking data for the amount of water I drink each day. This quantitative data will be collected on a daily basis. There are many incidences where one is involved in drinking water. The amount of water taken every day is depended on the activities one is involved (Bailey & Handu, 2013). First of all, the amount of work one does every day affects the amount of water taken. If one is involved in any activity that requires much of energy one will always drink much water. Although, one may have this fact in mind the exact quantity of water consumed during the working day still remain unknown to many people. It is quite normal also for one to take water during their exercise. For example, people always carry water to the gym and during their other exercise sessions. Another instance, when human beings are involved in drinking water, is while somebody is taking my meals. People always take a glass of water during or after meals. It is also important to note that the weather conditions play a significant role in determining the amount of water a human being takes. During the summer period, it is quite normal for many people to take extra glasses of water from their normal daily consumption.
