Strategies to Maintain Emotional Health among Nurses
The mental health of nurses is an integral part of their overall health. Nurses face many problems, including working long shifts, having a lot of work to do, and going through stressful events that have a significant effect on their mental health. Ensuring nurses take care of their mental health is very important for them to give good care to their patients (Arnetz et al., 2020). The main goals of this study are to find out what stresses nurses out, how they can best deal with it, how they can keep their mental health while caring for patients, and what long-term effects emotional stress has on nurses.
