Multinational financiers and lenders started to finance projects that would boost the social and economic situations of the population. World Bank identifies key economic and social amenities that were very crucial and primary requirements that would help to reconstruct peoples live. For example, Afghanistan Watching Brief (AWB) was one of the projects funded jointly by World Bank and UNDP, executed by UNOPS. It is through this project that Health Conference was held.
