Introduction
Dörnyei defines a complex system as a system that has a vast number of interacting components such as processes, agents whose aggregate activity is non-linear and mostly exhibits hierarchy in organization under given pressures (80). The definition or description of complex systems is applicable to a vast array of different disciplines of science. Complexity has been used in most cases to describe the rising behavior of different interacting particles and it is also a theoretical approach that has been inspired by science and specifically physics that has been made to become the basis for computing simulations. Complex system covers almost every aspect of and how human beings and other animals to socialize. Complex social system; it is a complex system that whose action basically results in different behaviors of social agents. Examples of social complex system include families, nations and/ or ant colonies (Siegelmann 67).

Importance of Social Complex System
To begin with, it is quite important to remember that it is not easy to mention the term Complex system without mentioning dynamism. Dynamic systems are those systems that do change as the time changes. Complex social systems consist of hugely interconnected formal and informal of networks and organizations. For instance, complex social systems are interconnected web of bureaucratic organizations, communities, family systems, hierarchical and many others. Proper understanding of the dynamics systems offers an avenue to observe, influence the social systems as well as living within the systems (Dörnyei 82).
Emergence of Social Complex Systems

Different theorists that have tried to diverge into the issue of complexity have all agreed that the emergence of complex systems can be found in those systems that are: having numerous components that interact in densely interconnected networks, and also global systems functions cannot be limited to any given subset of components but be distributed to the entire system. The other feature of complex system is that they cannot be segments of subsystems, and the components do interact using more sophisticated languages.
