Abstract:
According to Rhoden & Schein (2010), one in every three adults in the United States have Hypertension. This is a deadly condition with no signs or symptoms. It damages the heart, kidney, blood vessels, and body organs. It is important that every individual gets to know their blood pressure number as this is the only way to detect hypertension. This will to enable health care teams to detect and work on the condition when it arises.
Introduction
High blood pressure or hypertension is the consistently elevated pressure of blood to levels above the normal 140/90mmHg
Body
High blood pressure causes damage to the blood vessels, arteriosclerosis strokes and heart attacks
Medication for Hypertension includes ACE inhibitors, beta blockers, ARB medicines, alpha blockers diuretics and peripheral vasodilators.
Conclusion
People ailing from HBP can control this condition and other associated conditions through designed steps and controlled diet.
