While quotes provide very direct evidence when it comes to making academic claims and supporting arguments, there's a lot of things they can't really do on their own.
When it comes to writing research papers and proving you've understood what you've read, summaries can go a long way. Similarly, when citing certain instances in the texts you interpret and analyze at the college level, it's often impossible to orient your audience without summaries.
This being the case, choose any "scene" from Volume Two of Frankenstein and summarize it below to the best of your ability. Try to keep as accurate as possible.
