I believe that investing in the growing sectors is the best alternative for us.
As stated by Tipha, this focus would emphasize Simple meals, Heart Healthy Soups, and Dry soups by increasing our advertisement budget for the same by around 18%.
On the one hand, the reason why I think this is the best option is because of the fact that we already have established our loyal consumers for Simple and Ready-to-eat meals. Our company, Brannigan Foods, already has a significant edge compared to new entrants due to our long-standing history. We have also established some of our primary marketing strategies that we could redevelop and retargeted to members of both our primary and secondary markets.
However, there are still a lot of potential clients who do not know about the efficiency of eating or products, particularly with regards to the ease and convenience of preparing the same. This would also be highly beneficial since many of our consumers are those who prefer to work efficiently and are highly conscious of their time. Thus, by considering that creating brand awareness is one of the main barriers to entry in our industry, then focusing on our loyal and established consumer base while also targeting our growing market segment should provide a significant advantage for our company.
