The company’s main area of concentration includes business solutions and services sector, managed services sector and north America services sector (Cascio, W. 2003). The human resource department at CSC plays a critical role in its overall management. The human resource department is placed with the mandate of selection and recruitment of employees. Its also the duty of the human resource to understand employees behaviors within the company, motivation for the employees so as to ensure their productivity dose not decline and create more opportunity for innovations and efficiency.CSC being an IT company with the growth in use of technology, the human resource department plays a key role in ensuring company strategies moves along with the current technology. This is done through hiring of competent human resource to facilitate adaption of the new technologies.
