My chosen culture, which is different from my own, is Arab culture, and I need to get better at communicating with Arab people. There are numerous ways to improve cross-cultural communication. However, this study will concentrate on using active listening and observation and paying attention to nonverbal cues.
Communication experts consider active listening and observation to be crucial communication skills. Active listening is a powerful strategy that can alter cross-cultural interactions.
