My Leadership Experience. One of the most important things.

Background: It was a debate project on the election of president between Hilary and Trump two years ago, when I was in Tenth grade. It was for ESL class( English as second language). There were 2 groups and one is support Hilary, the other is on Trump's side. There were around 10 people in each group. I was the guide for my group. we were on Hilary's side for that debate. I gave out instructions to my group members for them to look into the details on her pros and cons. and how to avoid their rebut. At first, they weren't doing anything. so i did the basic research first, then telling each of them what they should be doing. Also, I encouraged them to do the work because it was a test grade. After they did the work, and we collaborate together, we did a fantastic job, and everyone got their credits for doing great.
(Things to consider: A leadership role can mean more than just a title. It can mean being a mentor to others, acting as the person in charge of a specific task, or taking the lead role in organizing an event or project. Think about what you accomplished and what you learned from the experience. What were your responsibilities?
