Zen Buddhism is one of the ancient beliefs that started in China, then got adopted by Koreans and the Japanese before gaining massive popularity in Western countries during the 20th century (Ishii, Masuda & Sargent, 2017). Zen is not a simple practice since it is difficult for human beings to understand the nature of their lives clearly. Zen helps people to understand their life's meaning without using logic as a means of explanation. Like other faiths such as Muslims and Christianity, Zeb Buddhism attempts to put a barrier between logic and mystical understanding, which is often a difficult feat to accomplish.
