Social Justice and Inclusion
In this competency I believe I am fairly at the intermediate level given my understanding and exploitation of the various concepts and systems of power within our institution. Firstly, I understand the role of my department as far as my institution is concerned. For effective analysis of our performance, we often have our goals and objectives that often have to be attained within given period. We review these goals after every period to assess how far we have moved towards achieving them. However, being in a system that requires coordination with all other departmental staff, it requires me to fully pay attention to whatever I have to propose to the team.
