Common Reasons new programs fail to achieve Desired Outcomes
There are several reasons why new programs fail to achieve desired outcomes. From my work experience, I have realized that program failure is avoidable. One of these reasons is having unclear objectives. Most programs start without having well-defined SMART objectives, which makes it difficult to keep the team aligned with the goal. To prevent this problem, clear objectives should be set during the planning process.
