Air Canada is the biggest airline and provider of scheduled passenger services within the Canadian market, the Canada-U.S. transborder market, and the global market to and from Canada. The company was among the 20 biggest airlines globally in 2019. Air Canada offers scheduled passenger services directly to 51 airports within Canada, 51 in the United States, and 86 internationally (Air Canada, 2020). Value-driven strategies leveraged by Air Canada help it attract and retain more customers while simultaneously pursuing technical excellence and passenger safety. The company targets customers of all occupations and ages because of unified marketing approaches that are increasingly appealing. The organization’s mission is to connect Canada and the world. The vision is to build allegiance through modernization and passion. Air Canada’s values indicate the company is committed to celebrating kindness and inclusivity. The company is a global ambassador supporting ideas of equality and compassion (Air Canada, 2020). In this vein, the organization generates positive sentiments via patriotic beginnings and awareness. It can be deduced that Air Canada’s values, mission, and vision are socially driven and harmonious with the needs and aspirations of the clients in the most viable ways possible.
