“Good Afternoon.” Thank you for sacrificing your time to attend this month's Luncheon. We are pleased to welcome those who have been with this business for years and have joined it recently. Since the company aims to improve its members’ lives, it checks the issues affecting the members. This process helps them to customize the right clarification, which allows them to improve their lifestyle. One common issue that most people want to understand is the meaning of a business leader and the measures one can employ to become a great manager.
The best way to understand a business leader is by dividing the term into two; business and leader. A leader is a person who can influence and guide others. According to MasterClass (2022), a business leader is a person who motivates a group of people to attain a certain goal in an organization. Sometimes a business leader can be a person with power, such as the chief executive officer of a large company. On the other hand, the business leader can also be a person on the lower ladders, such as a sales associate or a team leader. You should understand that you do not need huge sums of money or a top position to be a business leader. The person's main need is to maintain the right skills despite their position in the organization or the company.
The other common question that most people have asked is how they can become great managers. In most instances, people could want to become great in their managerial position. However, most individuals acknowledge that to become great managers, they must undergo due process. This is why most people have been asking which measures they can employ to become great managers in their field.
One way of becoming the best manager is knowing your employees. Employees usually have varying strengths, weaknesses, and how they learn new things. Since the manager's role is to lead these people, the manager should have an in-depth understanding of the person to lead them effectively. Furthermore, understanding the employees will help to boost a positive relationship between the managers and the employees. The manager can know the employees by paying close attention when they are working and asking them simple questions regarding themselves (Schooley, 2023). This process would help the manager to know the best way to approach the issues for every member.
The other way the person can become a great manager is by delegating tasks effectively. Most traditional managers usually micromanage their employees. This approach harms the business since the employees feel the manager is not trusting them.
