Informative Speech:
I would like my speech to be about eating disorder: My personal experience: My younger sister hid her eating disorder from my family for two years. We slowly saw her become anxious and depressed so that we couldn't talk or eat in front of her. She used her eating disorder issues to get what she wanted. After two years of treatment, we see her life improving slowly but not thoroughly to her usual self, as eating and exercising are still her priority. Her influences, I would say, were the Asian lifestyle in New York and her love for KPOP. ( To give you an idea)

Tips for the introduction and the conclusion make it shorter than the body.
Letting the audience know that you are ready to end by saying in conclusion, end with a joke if you started with a joke.
