I. Introduction
Kevin Carroll shares fascinating, inspirational stories. His primary objective is to show his audience that what matters the most in writing or storytelling is creativity and clarity of the message.

I like how Carroll started his presentation with energy by introducing his early life. In some cases, things that people come across in their lives while growing up have a significant influence on their dream careers.

A. Personal Positive Observations that I Enjoyed
Carroll uses both verbal and non-verbal communication cues effectively while sharing his stories, which makes it interesting. I like how he uses short and simple presentation slides and elaborates on them using stories. Moreover, sharing his life challenges creates empathy from the audience, which promotes active listening since the students want to know what happens next.
