The Clifton StrengthFinder is a test that evaluates a person’s individuality behavior to better determine their traits. The test is crucial as it helps an individual to examine who they really are and what they could develop into. The test is important in organizations as people have varying strengths and weaknesses and as such it is important to develop training tools that take into consideration the various strengths and weaknesses. The test helps individuals to notice areas where they have the best capability for developing strength.
Purpose of Training Program
The training program will be a three day customer service training course that will give the trainees a chance to build a skilled and reliable technique when communicating with clients in a call center. The training will offer the trainees the necessary skills on how to deal with customers and take care of inquiries in an effective and efficient way. In addition to this, trainees will learn how to communicate efficiently with client and probe and respond fully to customer questions. The training is meant to deal with the current scenario where the company has been losing money due to low levels of customer satisfaction and profitability shortfalls.
Analyzing Different Strengths
If an individual has been deliberative as a strength, there is need to evaluate all the available options before attaining the definitive conclusion. Realizing the different results and reducing any potential threats are the foundations that build up a person’s decision-making strategy. For these individuals, their strength lies in having the capability to reduce the speed on the decision making process and carefully examine the circumstances as a team. This is important as it means that the individual does not make any decision without first examining the environment that is likely to affect the decision.
In an attempt to make bigger decisions with the input of various parties, corporate leaders can use individuals within their organization who have this strength. Allowing people who are deliberative into the process gives the leader room to examine all the dangers linked to the decision. For this reason, they can use the leaders with the deliberative strength while involving others into the decision making process.
