Discrepancy Between Inaccessibility and Equity in Education

Admission Essay Instructions:

This was previously written by you. However, I got rejected by the University. Do not worry, because there are many reasons due to the rejection. Anyway, I wanted to fix this essay and resubmit again this year. There are few improvements i wanted for the existing letter. Kindly refer to the 3 points below, and the attached letter.
1. I need to amend/ remove those highlighted in yellow + red font.
2. Include somewhere saying I wanted to start a nonprofit company that focuses on solving these inequality issues. Maybe you can include more details about this company - a technology company that focuses on the accessible design of the system for visually impaired or blind people (there are many ways to relate poverty, inequality, equitable to this group of people, and my non-profit company will work on it).
3. Modify my duty using the same content in the bank since I just changed role, now as a digital and business data analyst - some of the roles include focussing on data analytics and financial analysis to tackle business needs, and explore possibilities to grow Digital and Consumer Banking businesses.
4. Remove anything that relates to Harvard Extension School.

Dear [recipient’s name],
Nelson Mandela once said that "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world." Education can change us, and accordingly, its continuous furtherance and pursuit of knowledge are what I genuinely believe in. Ever since I was in college, I have believed that education should be practical and inclusive. Instead, it must also be accessible, equitable, and capable of delivering practical applications to improve our living conditions. In line with this, my goal in becoming an educator is to be a transformative, proactive, and research-based educator for my students. I want to achieve these goals to improve education quality and even help advocate for a more inclusive and accessible educational system. In the future, I want to make sure that my future students would have the opportunity to test the theories that they learn and apply them in the real world, regardless of their race, class, gender, or belief.
Coming from humble beginnings, I always believed that education was vital to success. Ever since I was a child, my parents never failed to tell me about the importance of striving for new knowledge. Thus, despite our limited resources, I strived hard and balanced my life, work, and academics to provide for myself and my family.
Nevertheless, one thing that bothered me was the discrepancy between inaccessibility and equity in education. Despite our nation's progress throughout history, studies show that the number of White and Black children enrolled in public were 51% and 14%, respectively, which suggests a discrepancy in access to education. This was one of my main concerns when I started taking up my Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. During those times, I worked on a project that collated data from various universities in the United Kingdom, which led me to conclude that a significant disparity in educational opportunities for students in this world still exists.[de Brey, C., Musu, L., McFarland, J., Wilkinson-Flicker, S., Diliberti, M., Zhang, A., & Wang, X. (2019). Status and Trends in the Education of Racial and Ethnic Groups 2018. NCES 2019-038. National Center for Education Statistics.]
After graduating, I then worked in digital marketing and technology. I worked as a Marketer for various companies from various industries like telecommunications and eCommerce, where I learned to increase customer acquisition and profitability. During my experience working for companies, I realized that these fields act as a double-edged sword depending on their use.
On the one hand, I realized that digital technologies could be used to increase access to education. It helps empower those individuals to improve their skills and improve their credibility with online courses that provide an alternative to traditional schooling.
In fact, during this pandemic period, I realized that this issue on access to digital education was much worse. Considering that not all students around the world can even have a fast and stable internet connection, I then started thinking that we should revolutionize our technological and our social and economical approach to the problem at hand.
On the other hand, however, ...
