There are a number of values for customers that buy product in this product category. These are values that define what the customers are buying relative to what is being offered in the market. one of the customer values that is crucial in this market segment is the element of the health benefits the yoghurt offers to the customers. The customers want to know that they can take their favorite yoghurt flavor and topping without having to worry about health concerns. More importantly, customers want to know that their favorite yoghurt also comes with some benefits to their health, specifically offering nutritional value. The second level of customer values refers to the cultural significance. Different customers from across the international markets will have different cultural values. It is crucial that these values are incorporated into the yoghurt that they are sold.
