Respected Hui Zhou locals and invited visitors, Today is historic because it represents the beginning of a great endeavor: the building of a brand-new airport, a symbol of development and connection, in the Guangdong region of China, not far from Shenzhen. As the company's new chief executive officer, I'm ecstatic to unveil our visionary three-month action plan.
The First 3 Months: Charting a Course for Success
* Safety and compliance: Our top priority is the well-being of our employees and customers. In the first month, we will inspect and assess everything to ensure the airport is safe for passengers and employees. The goal is to follow all aviation laws, providing a safe and comfortable space for passengers.
* Team building and training: An efficient airport can only have hardworking employees. All departments, from security to customer service to maintenance and administration, will be staffed for the first two months. Our mission is to provide our passengers with world-class service, and we want to do so by cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing education among our staff.
* Infrastructure readiness: Well-planned infrastructure is essential to an airport's efficient operation. Terminals, runways, taxiways, and aprons will be given priority over the next two months while the finishing touches are made. We will work closely with the building crews to guarantee everything is ready on time and within budget to start smoothly receiving planes and passengers immediately.
* Operational partnerships: An airport's complex ecology has many different players. In the third month, we plan to aggressively pursue relationships with airlines such as Spring, SF, Donghai Airlines, g...
