Global health a new topic on healthy people 2020 aims to better and strengthen public health of the national US security through world disease prevention, detection, response, and control. The health of the US people comes about through public health threats and events across the world. Examples include 2009 spread of novel HINI influenza and the 2003 SARS epidemic. The improvement of world health can as well make better the health in the US population and support global and national security concerns by fostering diplomacy, political stability, and economic growth across the world (Parmet, 2009).
Global health performs an important part in world health security and the health security of the US population as the world economy globalization advances through ways such as international commerce and travel making it mandatory to mind about health in a worldview. It is rare nowadays to finish a week without news about the re-emergence or outbreak of infectious disease or health threats some part of the world. There are regulation designed to prevent and control the global spread of disease such as controlling disturbance of global trade and travel to give morale to countries to join hands together and share information on how to control and prevent disease and other public health issues of global concern. World health concerns are unlimited to non-communicable diseases and infectious diseases only but also to lifestyle conditions which are among the major causes of disability globally, which include Mental illness, Diabetes and obesity, Substance abuse, use disorders, and tobacco use Injuries.
