Dear Bank Manager,
I hope that you are doing well and that you are staying safe in these unfortunate times of a global pandemic. My name is Dan Norton, and I have been an account holder at West Bank, City Branch for the last five years. Over this time, I have greatly enjoyed the level of service extended by the members of staff, the high level of professionalism shown by everyone, the radiant smiles that greet me right from the door, and even the personal touch employed by the bank tellers once it is my turn to be served. Additionally, the banking halls are always clean and organized, with ample space and a great level of order in as far as queuing is concerned.
Unfortunately, I would like to register a formal complaint against a staff member for an incident that happened to me on 2nd November 2020. That morning, I had visited the bank to access my salary that is normally paid through this account. However, I was not sure if my account had been credited with the amount since the previous day had been a public holiday, and as such, most companies normally close on those days.
