I had a hard time getting up this morning
Even when the alarm went off in the morning I did not wake up right then as was the case in other days of the previous week. I have had trouble trying not to go back to sleep, thinking that it would only be a few minutes, and thought I would wake up early, but this was not the case. I was lazy waking up in the mornings, when the alarm of the alarm clock and phone rang, and yet I programmed then sound 10 minutes apart. This has created challenges since I will most likely arrive late to class and even previously missed an appointment, but I am determined to improve my sleeping habits and patterns.
