Question 1
Criminology entails the study of non-legal aspects of crime and misconduct. It involves the analysis of causes, correction, and prevention of crimes. Due to civilization and various crimes, many scholars came up with different schools to explain crime and criminal behavior (Chamberlain, 2015). The schools include; pre-classical, classical, positivists, and neoclassical. As a probation officer, these schools will influence my career in the following ways;
Pre-classical school.

The offender will then be convicted of a heavy punishment with the motive of driving away from the demon (Brooks & Cohen, 2020). As a probation officer, this theory will influence my actions towards the offenders as innately deprived persons who can cure their illness through pain and torture, correcting them into good people.
Classical school.
This school of criminology will help me understand the fact that punishment can be deterred for a crime. Therefore, I will ensure the punishment fits the crime and is done promptly.
Positivists.
This school of criminology will influence my ability to look into internal and external factors that may affect criminal behavior.
Neoclassical.
This school will help me understand the relationship between employers and employees in management (Triplett & Hebenton, 2018). As a result, I will tell social factors that may cause misbehavior in management.
