“Learning from Inventors” is a book that highlights the story of a lady referred to as the lay Edison, Margaret Knight who invented the paper grocery bag (Michelle, (2017). The book is an autobiographical account of life from childhood and her hard work towards her success in her career. Knight was 12 years old when she started working in a cotton mill to help her family after her father’s death. At a workplace, a worker was injured due to open shuttles and this incident made Margeret Knight to suggest and try to create a way to cover the shuttles.
