The organization needs to decide on the best way to implement one of the solutions. It is not enough to have possible solutions. It is more critical to move ahead and take measures to implement solutions. Google needs to understand that the failure to take action on the issue can further deteriorate its reputation as a company that values ethics.
Whichever decision Google decides to implement, it would face challenges. The company has been criticized for its handling of Gebru and Mitchell, any actions taken towards correcting the issue would be met with some resistance. Some individuals may think that Google is taking further measures to cover its earlier wrongs.
