Speech Presentation Instructions:

I will need you to write a speech for a presentation.
In this presentation, I will be presenting two articles from my course readings. The bullet point for the article is already written (by another writer, I wanted to choose you as preferred writer, but you were not online).
You should write a presentation expanding those bullet points in the power point. The speech/presentation is around 10 mins. ( you could give more time to one article and less to anther one if you want). You will also need to write just a little bit of introduction on the judicial branch and e executive branches( see corresponding power point, do not write about legislative branches, that was last week's topic, my readings of the week talks about executive and judicial branches ).
I will upload my power point and the readings. ( my presentation in the power point is from page 5-10, make sure everything you write corresponding with the power point since I will be reading your written speech with the power point.)

Speech Presentation
'Ladies and gentlemen, power separation is a key phenomenon that defines the growth of the United States. My presentation will focus on judicial and executive branches of government and utilize two articles, 'Separated powers in the Unites States' and 'The temptation of the executive authority.' Before addressing the two articles, it is essential to understand the two branches. The judicial branch focuses on justice administration by ensuring laws are upheld. It comprises the adjudicators, magistrates, and judges. The executive branch focuses on the implementation of laws. Therefore, the two branches work together to ensure justice is upheld and implemented.
Article 1: Separated Powers in the United States
Key points
Bullet Point 1
Decisions made on the policy heavily depend on the executive since it is responsible for implementing actions. The executive is directly involved in making specific actions that guide the policy ideologies guided through a political process. For instance, Clinton et al. (2012) note that policy implementation can only be initiated through democratic individuals and processes. The executive works with different agencies, such as the security, to ensure the successful implementation of the policies. The decisions also rely on the executive ideology since it has the resources for policy implementation. The executive controls the treasury, responsible for resource allocation necessary to implement the policies. Therefore, the executive should be engaged in ideological matters.
Bullet Point 2
The government type in power does not imply a similarity between the administrative officials and the political party's ideologies. Individuals have constantly confused political party ideologies, administrative officials, and the government in power. However, political parties play a more critical role in policy implementation than the administration. Ideological adoption and policy implementation requires a democratic process and does not rely on the political parties. Due to the role of political parties in government formation, specific policies and administrative practices give such parties more power. Lastly, the administrative officials should adopt ideologies depending on social implications and no political implications. Therefore, it is necessary to separate between administration and politics. The executive branch of government should embrace administrative ideologies than political party ideologies to promote social justice.
Bullet point 3
Federal executive opinions play a key role while adopting policy ideologies. According to Clinton et al. (2012), administrative agencies can use the opinions during the policy adoption to streamline decisions. Federal executive opinions are also vital since they embrace a substantive relationship between different branches of government. Besides, the opinions are constructed based on well-researched information with the help of the intelligence community. Therefore, such opinions can play a key role in shaping social practices. The federal executive opinions can also be employed since most administrative agen...
