My Creativity in Problem-Solving
I express my creative side in solving problems. Personal and organizational challenges are inevitable. In that light, an individual’s or company’s ability to overcome problems and keep moving forward significantly depends on how well one can address arising issues. My creativity in problem-solving is expressed through open-mindedness, consideration of people’s ideas and opinions, and the evaluation of the most feasible solution.
I am an open-minded person who does not judge others based on their differences in culture, race, ethnicity, skin color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or social class. I like to interact with people to understand how they perceive things. I have realized that giving an individual a chance to express his or her views is crucial in problem-solving. A person might not have the best solution but the combination of these ideas contribute to establishing the most appropriate way to address an issue.
