1 I see from your example that you are great at organizing tasks based on what matters the most. Also, you know how to plan to achieve your goals, and delegate to see that those plans are pushed through. Just as what you did, the strategy of hiring more people is a good example of these abilities. These are some of the qualities of a good leader.
2 You are good at expressing your concerns and emotions. You see things for what they should be and not solely for what they are. This characteristic of yours could be very helpful especially when you have to deal with a lot of people, especially when you manage a lot of clients.
