This number seems to be steadily on the rise as indicators from the American Association of Nurse practitioners suggest. By projection in the near future, the populace above 65 years and older living in nursing homes is likely to double. This aspect comes with implications in the healthcare system because of how sickly these patients are. The aim of this listing is to evaluate the probability of having a Nursing Practitioner in the nursing home with an intention to test whether this could cause a decline in number of such patients’ admission in hospitals.
