The Holy Bible is a book with a lot of applications – may it be within the Christian faith or with what is happening in the world. Bible verses may be sources of inspiration for specific operations and businesses because of the perceived interpretations these passages have. The purpose of this essay is to interrelate the present-day operations management in the world of business to how the given bible verses are perceived.
Problems are always part of businesses
Businesses are not always easy, and struggles are always part of the journey. With the advent of a business problem, one may find difficulty in deciding what to do next or to come up with a potential solution. However, Deuteronomy 31:6 suggests that the people of God, who are baptized by the Holy Spirit, are expected to stay strong and to have a solid ground as the Lord is with them. In the context of organizational management, the leader should be courageous in facing these trials and to remain calm. God has promised that He will never leave us. Hence, we should put our trust in Him with every decision that we have to make.
